Terms & Conditions:-


  • • A Leave application shall be made in writing, approved by the departmental head. The same shall be submitted to the HR department 2 days in advance. Leave shall be finally sanctioned with the consent of higher authority.
  • • In salary calculation Weekly Off or Holidays will not be calculated. Professional tax deduction will be every month on salary. Salary will be around 15th day to onward of every month. Salary can be delayed in case of any unforeseen circumstances. The company shall have the authority to increase or decrease the salary after analyzing the allotted to you.
  • The company maintains a Five day/Six days week schedule. Although the timings would be fixed in general, the company reserves the rights to change the timings depending upon company requirement sand you will be required to adhere with the same. If there is urgent work or deadline project on Weekly Off or Holiday, you will have to come to the office. The said holiday or weekly off shall be adjusted as compensatory of on any other day in the same month with one day prior information to the company.
  • • If absent before or after - (holiday and/or weekly off), then all such absence will be deducted from the payment. Work From Office -If you come between 9.45 am to 10.15 am then it will be considered late mark. If you get 2 late mark per month, after 2 late mark then 1 half day each will be deducted from your salary. If the colleague has left or is absent, so if there is any work besides profile, it has to be done until an old co- worker or a new co-worker joins.
  • • In work from home you must complete your given task in a day. Employees working from home must adhere to the following guidelines -The sign-in and sign-out process must be 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM respectively. If an employee signs in after 9:30 AM, it will be marked as late. Signing in after 10:00 AM or logging out before 6:30 PM will be considered a half day, in accordance with company policy.If your joining date is at the end of the week for the month, if your working days are below 7 days at that time, your salary for those days will be added to the next month's salary.
  • • If you cannot complete given task then your salary of such day will be deducted from your salary.If the company provides you with work from home, then it is mandatory to come to the office and do the work for two days every week(Hybrid Mode). Regarding your hybrid mode, the company sends you emails when you visit the office and work there.
  • • If you do not have your own laptop, then the company will provide the laptop. You have to pay 15,000 Rs (Fifteen thousand rupees only) for security deposit purposes. If the system and any appliances are damaged out if those the company has given you, at that time company has authority to deduct from 15000 Rs (Fifteen thousand rupees only)
  • • Your services may be loaned to one of our current or potential future businesses or affiliates.In this case, your services will be subject to the rules and regulations of the address or sister/affiliate company. The rules and regulations of such a company shall be binding on you as like the principle company.
  • • Refusal to comply with this change order will mean that you are no longer interested in working with the organization and shall be considered as your voluntarily resignation of the organization. From time to time, the Company may offer you the opportunity to receive certain specialized training, certification and/or skills transfer; this can lead to a better relationship, enhance and enhance your

  • • You will be on probation period for one year. Initial three months would be your training period and three- month profession period, but this probation period may be extended at the discretion of the company.
  • • During your period of probation, the company reserves the right to terminate your services at any time without notice & without assigning any reason thereof. If you are experienced, you will be on probation period for 12 months. During your period of probation, the company reserves the right to terminate your services at any time without notice & without assigning any reason thereof.
  • • During the probation period the company shall have the right to conduct internal confidential assessment of your work. If in case your work is founded unsatisfactory the company shall have the right to deduct your salary as per the assessment report you hereby render your consent for the same.
  • • You will have a three to six month trial period after 3 months trainee period for employment. If management is dissatisfied with your work and behavior, your services may be terminated without notice at any time during and after the trial period. The organization's decision on this matter will be final and will not be appealed before the law or any other authority. That is your contract period is six months from the date of joining. It is accepted that your trial period will be deemed extended unless you receive confirmation. If the organization finds your performance unsatisfactory, it may extend your probationary period at its discretion.
  • • Your next salary will increase according to your performance and will be determined by the management. The company may discontinue your employment if the performance is not good or if the behavior is unprofessional. After Termination payment will not be given immediately. It will be given at the time of all employees’ salary. If you resign or are removed from employment by the company, the remaining salary will be due after 45 days. Your employment shall will be terminated if you are found guilty of dishonesty, insubordination, dishonesty, fraud, misconduct, poor attendance or any other unlawful conduct, or if you neglect your duties or perform your duties in an incompetent or illegal manner.

  • • If you desire to resign from the company you shall have to compulsory give a notice period for all post 1 month and for Tele caller 15 days. If you leave the Company without serving notice period the company shall not pay any due payments &take strict legal actions against you and you shall be required to Repay a compensation, if any.
  • • In notice period leave is not allowed. Post commitment period, if you are about to leave the Company without serving 30 days’ notice period then you are required to Repay a compensation equivalent to Two months’ salary to the company. In case you resign or discontinued by the company, it is mandatory to handover the project files and important documents of the company or anything else that is of importance to the company. Otherwise your all letters and salary shall be withheld. You will be subject to the organization's hours/days and other that you may join from time to time. Sometimes you may have to work outside working hours due to the company's business requirements.Privacy Policy: You hereby affirm that you would not transform any company information, passwords, policies, client information of the company to any of your friends, family members, relatives or any third party, competitors, whether or after you leave the company which could not be in the interests of the company.
  • • The company owns several industrial & intellectual property rights & has confidential information relating to products, processes, quality, commercial, technology, software & other aspects of the business of the company (hereinafter referred to as ‘Intellectual Property Rights & Confidential Information’).As an employee, you may be exposed to some or all the Intellectual Property Rights &Confidential Information or other material which may become available to you, either orally or in writing, or in soft form or otherwise.
  • • All the Intellectual Property Rights & Confidential Information isthe important assets of the company. While you are working, if there is a copyright case against the company due to your work, you will be fully responsible for it. You may not disclose or cause to be disclosed information about the organization's procedures, services, specifications or affairs to anyone without the written permission of the Administration.
  • • When your work with us ends for any reason, you must send all documents; information and records stored electronically (such as computer, USB) and not use them in any way after your work with us ends.   • • You should not become a member of any local or public organization without prior permission from them anagement, and you must comply with the rules of discipline and conduct at the highest level, not only in the organization but also when representing our organization.   • • If a candidate goes on leave for more than 2 consecutive days without notifying the Human Resources Department, the company shall directly dismiss the candidate.   • • Subsidiaries/affiliates/group companies that you may have information about and/or be informed by the Company during your employment. You must keep all such information confidential.   • • If the company feels that any act of yours is making a loss, it will be compensated by you as the one who is making it and it will be deducted from its salary. Each employee should be responsible for completing a specific task that must be followed by the end of each month and making a financial contribution to the work organization.
  • • You will be abiding by all rules and regulation made by the company from time to time. If you can’t follow rules and regulation we shall adopt legal way. In case of any dispute, it will be subject to Pune jurisdication. After leaving the job, you can't put any kind of pressure. If this happens we shall take legal action against you. You will be abiding by all rules and regulation made by the company from time to time. If above terms & conditions are not acceptable to you, you can tell us immediately.
  • • The swapra technologies does not support give and take or any financial transfer between employees and the company, calculate all of them first, if you are going to be a part of the company you will not beallowed to participate in them. Things like fees or refunds after you join. In case such situations occur, the Company will not have any responsibility for your life or legal problems.
    Please return the original copy of this duly signed as a token of acceptance. If it is given online this document, the company will assume you agree that, if there is any problem, it should be reported within 24 hours.
